Welcome, so glad you're here! My name is Mayada Fayad, but most know me as May. I founded Graze By May as a creative outlet and means of sharing my passion for edible art. I am also the founder of 16th Bakery, which is my sister company. Launching my business in 2022 was made possible by the unwavering support of my family and friends. And let me tell you, it's been an absolutely incredible journey.

As a Fanshawe College Alumna, I plan to expand my knowledge and share my experiences in the culinary world with my Baking and Pastry Arts Management Degree.
