Q: Do you deliver?


Yes, it is highly recommended I deliver your order to ensure it arrives safely. I offer delivery within London, Ontario, and surrounding areas.

*Delivery rates will be calculated once you have provided your address.

Q: How much notice do you need?


To ensure I have product availability, a minimum 2 weeks notice for boards and boxes is the recommended amount of time needed for your order to be curated and picked up/delivered. 

Minimum 2 months notice for parties over 20.

Q: Can I make a substitution?


All products purchased are chef's choice based on product availability at the time of the order. 

Although the selection of products changes on a regular basis, kindly notify me if there are any meats or cheeses you have a strong dislike towards and I will endeavour to accommodate accordingly.

Nut-free and Halal spreads are fully accommodated.

Q: How long does my order stay fresh once I've received it? 


GBM products are meant to be enjoyed on the same day for optimal freshness and flavour. 

Meat and cheese is best served right after it is taken out of the fridge, ideally colder than room temperature.

Once the product is taken out of the fridge, it should be consumed within 2-3 hours. Any food products specifically dairy and meat that is left out over 3+ hours should be thrown away to reduce any potential food borne illnesses/spoilage.

Q: Do you have vegetarian and gluten-free options?


You bet!

For vegetarian orders, the recommended substitution is extra veggies, fruits, and crackers.

For gluten-free orders, an assortment of gluten-free crackers will be provided + almost all of our locally sourced meats and cheeses are gluten-free! 


Unfortunately, vegan options are not offered at this time.

Additional charges may vary based on order and order size.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?


I accept E-transfer, cash, and cheques. Card payments are not accepted.

If you are paying via E-transfer, payment is required the week of.

 

If you are paying by cash, payment is required the day of delivery/pick up.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?


Orders cancelled less than 48hrs prior to delivery or pickup are ineligible for a refund.
